With Elckerlijc Vlamme Gin, we are introducing a new generation of gin: bold in character, refined in flavor, and with a subtle feminine touch.
This unique creation was developed by the three women behind Elckerlijc. Their vision resulted in a gin that reflects the strength and craftsmanship of the restaurant, while still leaving room for elegance and finesse.
For this unique gin, we use ingredients such as juniper berries, malt wine, red sandalwood, dandelion leaves, violets, St. John’s wort, and rose petals. Together, they create a harmonious blend of spicy, floral, and subtly woody notes.
The result is a distinctive gin with depth, warmth, and a surprisingly elegant balance. A unique taste experience that carves out its own place within the Elckerlijc story.
